When is the repair payment due?

At the point of the completion, the payment is due in full.  Normally, an insurance company will issue this payment directly to you, unless the vehicle needs to be repaired under a Direct Repair Program (DRP). Deductibles are also expected to be paid at that time. Most forms of payment are accepted including: cash, credit card, or checks. If you were to pay with a check, the following types will not be accepted: Out of State, Third Party, or Postdated checks. If you would like to submit a personal check, they are accepted up to $1,000.00 and we also need a State photo I.D. or Drivers License. An exact payment is preferred, when paying with cash. We keep a limited amount of cash in our register, so it would be most efficient for an exact payment.

Are rental vehicles an option?

If your vehicle is being repaired at the collision center, you're going to need dependable and reliable transportation. With Toyota Rent a Car at Koch 33, you can drive around in a fully equipped late model Toyota that comes with complimentary 24-hour roadside assistance.  Please contact us for more information on special insurance replacement rates!  We direct bill most insurance companies. When will my vehicle be ready?

Your claims consultant in the collision center will give you an estimate based on the amount of work that needs to be completed. 3-5 p.m. is the optimal time that we try to have the vehicle ready by. However, your claims consultant will contact you when the vehicle is ready for pickup.

Is checkup necessary for the vehicle?

When you submit your car for repair, you will be asked to fill out a preferred contact sheet; we will contact you according to the form. Please note that our claims consultants are not always available to take phone calls, because of other appointments and working with the technicians. We have access to email and text messaging technology to keep you updated. Please be patient, as we will update you as soon as possible.

Will a cleaning be included?

Our cleaning department does wash on the exterior, a light vacuum, and they clean the windows. There is also an option to upgrade to a detail that can be set up through our facility for an additional cost.

Is there anything I need to know about paint work?

Yes, we have care instructions on the warranty that will be given with a copy of the final bill. Washing the vehicle by hand the first 30 days and not using any wax products in the first 90 days is imperative. You many notice a slight paint scent in the vehicle that could last up to 30 days, because of the high quality products we use. Normal use and time will dispel the smell.
